Healthier Food, Healthier Drinks with Nature’s Heart

There are not a lot of things that I am very good at in this life, but I am a certified pro, at snacking. I have snuck a quarter of a roasted chicken into the cinema in my hoodie. And that's a true story. But, this doesn't help to control my weight especially because I snack 90% of the time while working in the office. And then, there's the Nature's Heart by Guardian! I know we have a lot of other nuts out there *wink wink* , but this one has a smaller packaging, which means i can control my portion, because I have no self control. HAHAHA.. No, seriously, I can't control myself. In all honesty tho, I actually love snacking on Nature's Heart. I like their dried cranberry (because it's still juicy and plump) and their almonds, because I love a good crunch!
